2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon confirmation of payment.

  • You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched, along with relevant tracking information (if applicable).

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and public holidays.

3. Product Representation

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, actual colors and designs may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen differences. Handmade or customized items may also exhibit minor variations.

4. Payments

We accept payments through secure gateways including bank transfers and mobile wallets (e.g., Easypaisa). Orders must be paid in full before processing. Unpaid orders will not be dispatched.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once processing begins, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
