At Mr. Teddy, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

Due to the nature of our products—including hygiene-sensitive baby apparel, personalized gift sets, and delicate plush items—we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While every order is carefully inspected prior to dispatch, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution at our discretion.
